Feature Icon System — ASSA ABLOY
As part of ASSA ABLOY’s Brand Refresh project, I contributed to the development and expansion of the company’s Feature Icon System.
I designed and updated 250+ feature icons to support consistent visual communication across both internal and external brand applications, including presentations, marketing campaigns, office environments, and digital brand platforms.
The icon system covers multiple categories, including product features, logistics, security systems, building environments, workplace scenarios, business collaboration, and general system use cases, helping teams communicate complex information through a clear and consistent visual language.
The icons above represent a curated selection from the broader icon library.

After designing 250+ feature icons, I summarized the key insights and design principles I learned throughout the process into a Feature Icon Guideline.
The guideline documents best practices for creating icons and helps designers develop new icons in the future while ensuring consistency with the company’s visual language.
To further support internal teams, I am also producing a Feature Icon Masterclass. The training combines the guidelines with video demonstrations to help designers apply the icon system and adopt a system-thinking approach to icon design aligned with the company’s evolving visual language.
Internal Culture Motion Campaign — ASSA ABLOY
As part of ASSA ABLOY's internal culture initiatives, I created an internal corporate culture video to communicate the company's values and strengthen employee engagement through visual storytelling.
The animation combines illustration, motion graphics, and brand elements to deliver key messages in an engaging and accessible format while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
The final video was presented during ASSA ABLOY's Global Employee Event in May 2026, where it was featured as part of the internal communications shown to approximately 60,000 employees worldwide.
